Environmental Engineering and Consulting Services

Andreyev Engineering, Inc. offers a variety of engineering and consulting environmental services. A significant area of expertise and capability of AEI is the area of performing due diligence activities for developed and undeveloped properties throughout Florida. AEI has completed a number of due diligence investigations for large office buildings - shopping center portfolios. The due diligence activities included conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM E 1527-00, conducting Facility Condition Surveys in accordance with established engineering practices, and conducting Limited Asbestos Surveys.
