About Us
AEI offers clients a wide variety of
geotechnical, hydrogeological, environmental,
and construction material services. The
Company's capabilities in these specialized
fields of practice have been developed from the
extensive experience of its professional staff.
AEI specializes in providing practical solutions
to complex technical issues involving soil and
groundwater.
In addition to offering standard geotechnical
and hydrogeological services, AEI has a
specialty niche in the field of groundwater flow
modeling, saltwater intrusion modeling, water
supply planning and design, and aquifer
protection studies. AEI has developed an
excellent reputation in these specialized
applications with regulatory agencies, local
governments and the private sector. This
expertise and capability has allowed AEI to
penetrate various markets through referrals,
without the need of a marketing department.
According to the owners, about 30% of AEI's
services are unique and not offered by any other
firm. These services include groundwater
modeling, regional water supply planning and
modeling, contaminant transport modeling, and
saltwater intrusion modeling.
